I am starting a small project. It has a deadline of 28th July for go-live. I have a prioritized requirements list, and a complete, motivated and committed team. But I am really uneasy because we have yet to settle on a technical direction.
I have no idea which stories to select for the first timebox because what we deliver first depends on the technical strategy, which in turn dictates the estimates for some of the major stories.
We need to make a decision, and quickly!
